Roblox codes you can actually use

Most lists of Roblox codes online are copied from somewhere else, padded with filler and full of codes that stopped working weeks ago. HintLoot does it differently. Every game we cover has one page, every code on that page has a clear status, and every page shows when our team last tested the codes inside the game. If a code is listed as working, someone typed it into the game and saw the reward land.

We focus on the games and events people are actually searching for right now: new tower defense hits, simulators that drop codes with every update, and official Roblox events with puzzles and free UGC items. When a new game takes off, we add it within hours, not weeks, so you can grab its launch Roblox codes while they still work.

Tap Copy next to any code and paste it straight into the game. Copying avoids the typos that cause most "invalid code" errors.

How we find new Roblox codes first

Developers rarely announce codes in one place. Some post them in the game description, some in a Discord announcements channel, some in a Roblox group shout or on X. To catch new Roblox codes quickly, HintLoot runs an automatic monitor that reads the official game page of every tracked game every 15 minutes.

  • When the game description changes, the monitor compares the new text with the old one and flags anything that looks like a fresh code.
  • A flagged code appears on the page right away with a Just found label, so you can try it immediately.
  • Our team then tests it in the game, adds the exact rewards and switches it to a normal working code.
  • If a working code disappears from the description, we test it again and move it to the expired list when it fails.

This mix of automation and hands-on testing is why our Roblox codes pages stay accurate. You can read the full process on our how we verify codes page.

How to redeem Roblox codes

Every game handles codes a little differently, which is why each HintLoot page includes its own step-by-step redeem guide. Most Roblox codes, though, follow one of three patterns:

  1. A Codes button in the menu. Open the menu or settings, look for a button labelled Codes, Rewards or a bird icon, paste the code and press Redeem.
  2. A codes NPC in the lobby. Many newer games put codes behind a character — for example, in Candy Kingdom Defense you talk to Jake in the Tree Fort.
  3. A chat command. A few older games still accept codes typed into chat, usually with a prefix such as an exclamation mark.

Game Roblox codes are different from Roblox promo codes. Promo codes for avatar items are redeemed on the Roblox website, while in-game codes only work inside the game that released them. HintLoot covers in-game codes and the free UGC rewards from official events.

Why Roblox codes stop working

If a code does not work, it is almost always one of these reasons:

  • It expired. Developers often retire Roblox codes after a few days, after an update, or once a milestone code has been used enough.
  • It was already redeemed. Most codes can be used once per account.
  • A typo or wrong case. Some games are case-sensitive. Copy the code rather than typing it.
  • An old server. After an update, old servers may not know about new codes. Leave and join a fresh server.
  • It is for a different game. Codes only work in the game that issued them.

Every page on HintLoot keeps an expired list, so you can see at a glance which Roblox codes no longer work and skip them.

Roblox events, puzzles and free UGC

Roblox codes are only half of the free loot on the platform. Official Roblox events — like this year's Halloween event, The Hollow — hand out free UGC accessories and badges for finishing puzzles and quests. These puzzles change every day, the maze layouts move around, and some answers are different for every player.

For events, HintLoot publishes a hub page with every day of the event and a dedicated guide for each puzzle. Where a puzzle depends on your own numbers, we build a small calculator so you get your answer instead of someone else's. The Floor 3 grave puzzle guide is a good example: enter your eight gravestones and it tells you the exact Grave Lock order.

Tips to get the most from Roblox codes

  • Redeem early. Launch and milestone Roblox codes are often the most generous and the first to expire.
  • Check after updates. New codes usually arrive with weekend updates and holiday events, so update days are the best time to look.
  • Spend smart. Many codes give premium currency. In tower defense games, save it for summons on banners you actually want instead of spending it all at once.
  • Join the official community. If a game has a Discord, its announcements channel is the original source of most codes.
  • Bookmark the game page. Our pages update the moment the monitor spots something new.

Which games we cover

We do not try to list every game on the platform. Instead, we pick games that players are searching for right now and that release codes often enough to be worth tracking: brand-new launches climbing the charts, long-running favourites that drop codes with every update, and games tied to big seasonal events. Each one gets a dedicated page with working Roblox codes, a redeem guide written for that specific game, a list of what each reward does and an expired list.

Right now our most popular page is Candy Kingdom Defense codes, an Adventure Time tower defense game that has been releasing milestone and Halloween rewards since launch. During the Halloween season we are also covering every floor of Roblox's official event. New games are added as soon as they start releasing codes, and if a game you play is missing, you can ask us to add it.

Every page is written in plain English and kept short at the top: the codes first, then the details. Scroll down only if you need help redeeming or want to know what each reward is for.

Stay safe while hunting for free Roblox loot

Real Roblox codes never ask for your password, your Roblox cookie or any download. If a site promises free Robux generators, asks you to "verify" by completing surveys, or wants you to paste anything into your browser console, close it. HintLoot will never ask you to log in, and every code we list is redeemed inside the game itself.

We are a fan-made guide site and are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or any game developer. Our job is simply to make Roblox codes and event rewards easier to find and use.

Frequently asked questions

Are the Roblox codes on HintLoot free?
Yes. Every code we list is free to redeem in its game. We never charge for codes and never ask you to log in.
How often are the Roblox codes updated?
Our monitor checks each game every 15 minutes, and our team tests the working codes by hand. Each page shows when it was last checked.
What does "Just found" mean?
It is a code our monitor spotted in the official game description that our team has not tested yet. It usually works — try it, and we confirm it shortly after.
Can I get free Robux from Roblox codes?
No. Game codes give in-game rewards such as gems, coins or boosts. Any site promising free Robux is a scam.
A code on your site does not work. What should I do?
Copy it with the button to avoid typos and try a new server. If it still fails, contact us and we will retest it right away.
