How the pumpkin pillars work
In the puzzle room you will find six pillars, each topped with a carved pumpkin face. When you interact with a pillar, it rotates — and so do the pillars beside it. That linked movement is what makes The Hollow Floor 2 puzzle tricky: fixing one pumpkin can knock its neighbours out of place.
You have 11 turns in total. When every pumpkin faces the centre of the room, pull the lever to complete the puzzle.
A reliable way to solve it
- Before touching anything, note which way each pumpkin is facing and which pillars already face the centre.
- Test one turn on a pillar and watch exactly which neighbours move and by how much. That tells you the rule for this room.
- Work around the circle in one direction. Use each pillar to fix the one before it, so the pillars you have already solved stay solved.
- Count your turns as you go. If you are close to 11 and the last pillars are still wrong, stop and think rather than clicking at random.
- When all six pumpkins face the centre, pull the lever.

After pulling the lever, head back to the elevator and return to the hub to unlock the badge and the free Witch's Brew-nado. Twisted Dandy roams the floor, so retrace a route you know.
